Perhaps we should introduce some incentive for staying in the DTD games - something along the lines of whoever gets knocked out first gives a $5 gift to charity or something similar - ( I know you can afford it Trev lol)
and after chatting to wolves the other day we both thought the latest TPT deepstack b/h was brilliant fun and wondered if we should/can do it on a more regular basis, eg fortnightly - what do you think people
Chubbers - Yes they do still give the birthday bonus of a fiver, I got mine about a week before my birthday.
Jeffter- Re the TPT game. When I originally started the private game there were various reasons to do it monthly. Sky would not do it for less than £5-50 and it had to make a minimum of 20 runners or they would ditch it. As a £5-50 buyin I had to think about the smaller rolled players. Organisation is another reason. I have to contact Sky every time to request the game is put into the lobby and they can never seem to get it right. I alternate between a standard Deepstack and a BH and the last one should have been a regular game but they got it wrong yet again. Believe me this is a regular occurence and getting it corrected has in the past been a total pain in the **** with up to 2 messages and even phone calls. I even had 1 game set at 50p buy in and £5 rake! Sometimes it can take a week to get a game corrected so to do it more often would mean I was never out of contact with Sky. Lastly THS seem to have switched their weekly game to Wednesdays now so we are up against them as well. I agree they are great fun and I'm very glad that no one has ever said a negative word about them but I think it should be kept to a monthly schedule.
