Nice results again last night from TPTers. Very well done to Dagg in the £22 game - I think your exit hand was mega unlucky - to be honest I can't see a lot of people getting away from that one!!
I was hoping for good things last night after qualifying for the main £110 seat from a £6 direct sat, and also winning £66 for being runner up in another direct sat for the same £110 game - however it was not to be. I think I donked out of all 4 games I played last night within approx 30 minutes lol. Was like skittles - out of one closely followed by the others!!
Not all was lost though - as I'd finished my poker night early and left the computer to watch a dvd for a change - my son decided to give the main a go and bought in directly as his night out clubbing was cancelled. He's not a regular poker player but kindof like me he's fairly lucky. I only taught him how to play the game a year or so ago so he's kindof raw. Talk about beginners luck - he only went and managed to come 2nd in the main last night! Think he won approx £2600 - which he's insisting on sharing with me as I'd given him half his buy in as payday is not til next week. Moral of story for me? Don't bother playing myself and just stake other players - I seem to make more money doing that lol!!!
PS My son has asked me to thank Dagg and Mr Pom (I'm guessing he means pomfrittes?) for their rail in the game last night

I cashed in the 7-15 deepie but the less said about my UKOPS farce tonight the better.
Dose this count as a bad beat, playing a £12 sat to the mains this afternoon down to the last five thing's going well then a 6 1/2 hr power cut. Finished 3rd but no cash and no mains. Dohhhh.
