3bet or Flat?

X and Y are both aggrro maniacs, Z is readless.

Is JJ strong enough to get in pre as if I reraise I can't really fold or just flat and play strong on good flops?

Also would it be different if it were say a 4x raise?

Make it 90c and call a shove. I would be more likely to flat a standard raise but I prob 3bet anyway
