Why does sky poker freeze

I'm losing many good hands because sky poker keeps freezing, is it the site or do I need to plug my laptop into the router?
Also typing in chat box and notes on players is slow

    Are you playin on the browser ?? this can be very laggy , or are you on the download ?? i hardly ever get probs with the download unless it is sky that are experiencing probs
