I always lose in a race whether I am ahead or behind but this stinks to high heaven and I simple refuse to believe this can happen.

u are screaming strength or air and are not going oto win anything when villain just calls
you have super strong hand and your play aims to win the absolute minimum possible
I once flopped quad kings after raising massive pre and getting called by the two blinds who just wanted to see a flop. I thought that a c-bet on the flop would be expected so I did and got insta-folds from both players.
I suppose you can check it all the way to the river and hope another player hits two pair or something. But then you lose value through not betting every street.
Seriously, what's the standard line when you flop quads?
