game freeze during game play

Has anyone had expericed any technical problems during there game play as game freezes????
so annoying

    alot .. cash games are ok but in particulare the dbl your money is rubbish - will be leaving here soon if its not fixed as its been happening for weeks now

    Happens alot to me too. Was threatened with account closure after asking for 2nd refund, but had a call from Sky and it seems i had an over zealous CS rep!
    Anyhow, best advice is to download app (instead of using web browser), update Adobe and contact CS as soon as it freezes.

    I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, so hopefully when i come back on to play itll all be fine!
