software glitch about going all in after someone else has done it

i played last night in a few tournaments and someone went all in before me and i had chip lead over them but with players still to act behind me. I didnt get an option to jam to isolate all i could do was flat call the all in bet.....any ideas?
(hope this makes sense its my first post :) )

    Could it be the all-in was an under bet i.e. not enough to be a min raise.In these cases live or on-line the re-raise option is taken away.
