I wouldn't bet. 

He's raised then flatted the three bet so he's much more likely to have high cards than small pairs imo, and if he's hit any bit of it, he doesn't fold.

You can c-bet or check thats the beauty of being in position you can have an argument for c-beting and checking here. 

LOL i need too look at these hands before posting :S because hes short you cant bet really since you would get pot stuck if he shoved or called. 

 so a check is best imo, anyways if he has a worse hand than yours then he also will be afraid of that board and most prob the hand will go to showdown...i would not put any more money into that pot without reads
