(A) Shove

(B) Call 1bb as youve invested 1 already and ya have 8 left and ya may flop ok on draws bluffs etc

(C) Fold cos a min-raise from the button never ever bluffs and thay always always have a hand

I would like to know what order from the above list is best to worst

Many thanx xx

i think a shove pre gets snapped by the big stack alot of the time i would be tempted to stop and go depending on the texture of the flop

I prob just fold. Never flatting unless its with the intention of openshoving nearly any flop, but I dont use stop+go much myself and I really dont like it with this hand readless. Shoving might be ok if you think he can fold some hands he opens

    easy fold this imo debbyraaaaaa....

Got 10 bigs, wanna get them in first in a spot where we have max fold equity.

You normally have AA in't big blind anyway, wat's goin on?

i'm folding this hand finding a better spot to shove my 9 bigs in within the next orbit, i dont think he is ever going to fold when you look atstack sizes, i'd rather be opening the betting w/ hands like T8s then shoving over a raise

fold...you're not deep enough to make him fold any ace rag type hand. anything that beats you is calling so no value in the shove other than putting yourself at risk in a very marginal spot

Well tbh i was planning to shove any flop which imo gave me a pair OR a fair few draws , now the only reason i posted anyway was cos i got a bit slated for playin the hand the way i decided to , now i ALWAYS leave in oppos name BUT on this occasion i didnt cos i always say if it could have any diverse effect on oppo then i WONT name.
I believe that any player can and should play how they so wish whether it be good or bad as theyve payed their entry fee and can take their chance.
As it happened I did make the call and flopped Trip 8's on a rainbow flop and managed to get a 1200 value bet on river payed off.
In all fairness the oppo was fairly chatty after and did say ul gg when i eventually went out BUT i still wanted a few opinions for the future as how to play this type of hand in this position.

    debs xxx

Well the general consensus here is a FOLD so i think that is the only option for me in the BB from this position in the future , thanks for all the replies xx

    Snap fold for me.

With this stack you HAVE to be first in unless you have a monster as many people will fold pre and you increase stack with no showdown.

NEVER call here that would be terribad.

Hmmm well over 2day and reading all of the replies ive played a few regs and they actually HAVE been taking a flop when in very similar position so maybe the replies here are much too SMALL of a sample size , we will see xx

No reg would call a raise out of a 9 big blind stack with 810s period.

snap folding here not even a decision, not the fact min raise from button its our hand and we have lost alot of equity with our shove. obviously shove is better then a call here though.

It really depends whether you think villain folds alot here if u shove

PS- key to not calling is your stack and OOP post flop, your hand is rarely going to be good or flop big
