This one played pretty well??

Well my first thoughts when i got the call was a AK AQ KQ type of hand so when flop came K high  i reckoned they had prob hit , when board pairs up on turn im thinkin check here and see if i can get em to bet out

    Oh and b4 anyone sys BRAG post it aint , i wanna know if my pre flop raise , c bet and check on turn was the best strategy xxx

    Very nice debs. Pre is fine, I like flop bet because it does often hit his range. Turn is lovely stuff. Perfect

    Perfect pre.  I might not go so big on flop myself, but you obv had a good sense of situation so its likely best line..

    about £2 on flop, £5/£5.50 on turn and the rest on the river sounds good. the flop is so dry that you don't have to worry about protecting your hand and all you want to do is get it in against the biggest possible range.

    agree with YB - obv it worked ok in this hand but a lot of the time villain will check back turn and you'll miss value

    Given the fact that vill had limped on button wih KQ after a raise and a call - then you can say he is bad)
    O yeah then he calls 3 bet because apprently his hand has improved :S
    And he hits TPGK and even though you donk pot into him he still thinks he is ahead but flats :S

    You wonder how you got paid in this hand ) wow  IS THIS really NL10 standard ?

    Yeh flop bet is too big, but as you well know Debraaa too big is better than too small, so I wouldn't be too critical.

    I'd prob make it 3.20 or something.

    Love that turn card, rather than checking to induce, if I played it my way on the flop I'd bet a lower proportion of the pot on the turn than I did on the flop, maybe just under half pot and hope he shoves.

    I'd size it so I can still shove river for a pot sized bet.

    It was obv a set up hand tho, coz look at the river card, they made sure it was always going in however you both played it ;)
