I often thought about this Question and would be suspicious if the same players kept turning up on my tables. I would look to see who was already in,  then click on the game at the last minute. This would result sometimes in me being in games I didn't want to be in as the board moves up just as I click. If it is the correct game when the table came up they were there. Spooky!  Was it coincidence or were they stalking me, did they just like my company or did they class me as the Donk.  Think I know the Answer.  Yep !

I don't but that may be more laziness than anything. It was suggested to me that I should do it but I mainly play at 4NL and there's so many fish at this level, I don't think there's much point chasing people because you're bound to have plenty of donks on any table you pick.

If I recognise a player as not just being awful but also a Goldmine as in they reload (god those guys are priceless) then I will try like **** to get on their table.

I'd imagine it's more important above NL50 though.

When i first started playing poker over 7 years ago i used to think there were only 6 other players on the site i played on because when i sat they were the only players i would ever see :)

Until it hit me they were following me lol

But in answer to the op post i would say that table selection and following easy cash is the most important thing in online poker.
