    Maybe so, but if you play 4p blinds then 8 quid still is nothing to be sniffed at.

    The main prizes are for the winner of the hand and these run into hundreds......

    Still better odds than the lottery.

    I reckon that at any one time, a hundred hands max are being played. (Based on the amount of tables usually in play and number of tournaments going on) No doubt during the Open where there are 500 runners plus, this figure increases significantly but even so a couple of hundred to 1, if you are around when the bubble bursts ain't that bad.

    Just hope the prizes don't go till Monday, as I can't play till then!
