hand1 been playing on table a long time. was it right to flat down to the turn or should it have been played like hand 2. first hand felt a tad risky the way it was played, esp with river descisson. 2nd hand felt more standard but was it too agressive, the reraise on flop told me he was big but should my 3bet bedgeSmall blind £0.15£0.15£27.34DODGY65Big blind £0.30£0.45£86.67 Your hole cards99 pod1Raise £0.90£1.35£25.40pennFold oldrectoryFold SeanDenFold idgeCall £0.75£2.10£26.59DODGY65Call £0.60£2.70£86.07Flop 839 idgeBet £0.30£3.00£26.29DODGY65Raise £1.95£4.95£84.12pod1Call £1.95£6.90£23.45idgeCall £1.65£8.55£24.64Turn 7 idgeCheck DODGY65Bet £4.28£12.83£79.84pod1Call £4.28£17.11£19.17idgeCall £4.28£21.39£20.36River 2 idgeCheck DODGY65Check pod1Bet £2.10£23.49£17.07idgeRaise £14.90£38.39£5.46DODGY65Fold pod1Call £12.80£51.19£4.27idgeShow107 pod1Show99 pod1WinThree 9s£49.39 £53.66PrevClose windowen smaller or just jam it?PrevClose window
1. I 4bet flop to about £6 on wet flop. As played turn completes J10 so call is ok. River when checked to why would you bet 10% of the pot, bizarre sizing, I'd check behind with flush getting there, when raised surely you have to fold well I would but also wouldn't bet stupid amount on river lol
im usually always 3betting flop in hand 1 - too wet a board to flat imo - also if that's a blocker bet on the river (which i don't like) i'd probz fold to a raise readless, isn't that what it's designed to tell you?
hand 2 i don't really like your 3b sizing - i'd probz make it smaller - getting it in is obv standard
thanks, preferred hand 2 myself. yeah the skinny little value bet was designed just to get called and the raise did have me thinking esp how the betting went, just seemed to be a stranger bet size than mine!!
HAND 1 dont really mind the flat call on flop givin them another chance to hand themselves but on the turn youve got to be re raising big if not shoving in my opinion.
