Grand Final - buying in for those who've failed via sats etc

Hi All,

I had a few attempts and failed to get into the SPT Final @ DTD.  Behind the scenes I'd been beavering away to get bankroll healthy enough to buy-in directly (which I've just achieved).

Went to buy-in direct last night and saw it was 239/239. i.e. full

Have seen there is a live sat with 10 spots guaranteed, but I think I'd rather just buy-in directly.  Tried to ring DTD to ask, but no-one's available.

Are there spots available for direct buy-in via the club does anyone know?  The details on their website aren't that detailed to be honest.

Any help - much appreciated.

I've only decided last night i want to go.  My own fault for leaving it late but would also like to be able to buy in direct.  If there is anyway of still taking part I'd love to know.

I've just downloaded their poker client and followed the instructions for tournament direct buy-ins, but the SPT Grand Final isn't on the tourney list

It's full Dai sadly. Had heard there were 250 allocated to the venue themselves??

It was there but I dont have an account with them.  I tried installing the softwear but it seems to be for PC and wont work on my Mac.  I've email DtD to ask if there is a way round this and will hopefully be to by in direct.  Thanks for help.

Guys the DTD seats are available in one of two ways

- Live Satellite

- In person at the club

Don't download their software, that's not the point of this

It could well be that we will claw some seats back from DTD, will let you know

Its up to 100 seats too, of which 10 are guaranteed in the Friday live satellite

In the end just registering for their online casino stuff meant I could i had a user name so I could buy in directly through the DtD shop.  When I emailed them they also said it would be possible to buy in on the day.  So hotel in now booked and I'm coming to Nottingham :-)

These are now on sale for direct buy in via the Sky Poker Tournament lobby.

Also satellites resume tonight
