Lot's of people on the forum ask how many tables they can run with different sized monitors?
I thought it may be useful to have all this information in a single place for reference.
What follows will be a rough guide to different screen sizes and usual resolutions for those screen sizes.
I'll also add instructions here at some point on how to check your screen resolution and some example screen shots.
I hope it's of use to someone.

Often people think that it's the screen size that matters but it's actually the resolution that determines how much will fit on the screen.
The majority of desktop monitors these days are Full HD or
1920 x 1080 which means they show
1920 pixels (dots) across (left to right) and
1080 pixels high (top to bottom).

VERY useful Aaron! TY
I'm guessing the second question is asking how much RAM you need to play quite a few tables ?
The trouble with that is it's not just RAM that determines how many tables you can play.
Your cpu, graphics card, RAM and net connection all have a factor in this. You could even throw in hard drive speeds and general health of your pc too.
Got a question you might be able to help me out with
I pressed something by mistake on my keyboard yesterday and now the background has gone black, even on my desktop where I had a picture of the lead singer from the Bangles. I,ve managed to get that back but whenever i visit a site now the background is black and I,m having to use my guest account to use the internet.
i did do some windows updates after this happened and pressed a few things i probably shouldn,t have but is there a simple way I can get things back to normal .
I have also tried a system restore, but for some reason it would only let me restore from the day before
I thought the system restore would take me back to when i first got my computer and I could start again with a clean slate - so to speak , but I can,t seem to reverse wht i,ve done
Any help would be appreciated - Thx
Do you have any messages on the screen about Windows Genuine Advantage as a black screen is a side effect of Windows nor thinking it's a genuine copy?
It went dark as i glanced past my keyboard and knocked something on it like key or 2
Try to switch it off by:
Pressing Left ALT + Left SHIFT + PRINT SCREEN together and press YES to confirm turning on/off High Contrast.
If you can't get that to work use the long-winded way.
In Control Panel, make sure you are in Classic View, with all Control Panel icons showing. If not, click Switch to Classic View in the left pane of Control Panel.
Click Accessibility Options to open the Accessibility Options dialog box. Click the Display tab and select the Use High Contrast check box.
Click Settings to open the Settings for High Contrast dialog box. Select the check boxes for the options you want.
Click OK, click OK again, and then click the Close button.
