The Scenario:
Player A SB 100
Player B BB 200
Player C raises all in 250
Does player D Just call the (under) raise of 250, or does he have to call the mnimun raise of 200 (which player C couldn't afford) to 400 total? (Assuming he doesn't want to fold or raise!)
