Hartigan? 13 assassins? yeah or nay?! I don't know how to take it without your judgement?

Harris? Arsenal? Yeah or nay. Top 6 or not? I cursed my son with Hibs but he took Arsenal all by himself against my ManU love. I took him a 24hr round trip to the emirates. They drew 0-0. He's possibly a jinx, lol.

Hi Mr. Hartigan. I have been amused and amazed , simultaneously I must add, at your memory faculty regarding films for a while. You transcend enthusiast and enter the realms of savant. It's great entertainment.
What i wanted to ask you is do you have a brilliant memory for faces and the people you meet as well  i.e characters , or is it simply the medium of film-making that fascinates you,  to the extent that it brands itself indelibly on your memory ? Perhaps both ?
I love films. However my memory serves me poorly in the visual arena. It takes me ages to assign names to faces, in films and life generally. However i am pretty good at recalling dialogue and things i've read.
Obviously this enquiry isn't designed for the show but if you do possess the time and the inclination i'd genuinely be interested in a brief response.
You do a great job and i  appreciate it. You have a very cool gift.

    Hi Mass,

I am blessed with a great visual memory. That, combined with enthusiasm for the art of cinema, means I can actually recall the exact framing of certain shots and editing of certain scenes!

    Thanks for your kind words,

    James.

Excellent ! Thanks for that. I can recall conversations generally verbatim from years ago and dialogue i have heard. I can also recall the image of the written word, where i find interesting, and used to be an avid reader.
It struck me that you are the recipient of a great luxury insomuch as your memory skills incorporate colour additionally to interaction. Whatever faculty i possess is purely in black and white.
Good on you. Did you ever imagine you'd be presenting a cable poker show ? Do you do any film-related activity in the media outside of 865 ? Be a waste not to.
