ok well i meant min raise and if the villain flat calls, then shove river, if he reshoves then happy days.

edit:- im looking to pot commit my opponents when holding the nuts

I think re raising your losing value over time, he isn't calling without a set or a str8  so i would call make sure the board doesn't pair and value bet the river

what do you think he has? What are the downsides to calling? Are there scarecards which will slow him down on the river? Is he ever folding if you shove turn?

imo you should shove turn because he isnt raise-folding here very often and there might be flush cards or an 8, 10, 5 might slow him down on river.

shove, hes not raise folding unless he has air, and lots of rivercards kill our action

Also I dont see much reason to call unless you are prepared to check river to him
