I CAN GET COMMUNITY AND TYPE BUT WHEN  WANT TO CHECK CASH, SIT AN GOES AND TOURNIES IT WON`T LET ME, I`M ON DOWN LOAD

    cant play the 1.10 £100 garanteed cant get on tables :(

    ME TOO IN NOW, PHONED C/CARE AND THEY SAID IT MAYBE DOWN TO INTERNET PROVIDERS, SO MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN DIFFERENT PROVIDERS GO AT SAME TIME ?? TO ME IT ALL POINTS TO ONE SERVICE AND THEY WON`T ( NEVER ) WILL ADMIT IT.

    Finally logged in after 2 hours. Rubbish.

    Software not loading is nothing to do with isp or your browser (tried IE9, firefox,safari none worked).

    Besides which if you go to sky vegas it works so it has to be their poker site.

    Favourite has to be a software upgrade that hasn't been tested properly and needs rolling back.

    The servers used for the poker and vegas probably aren't the same servers, they may not even be in the same place.

    This means you're route to the servers could go a different way which would explain why you can connect to one but not the other.

    If you run a tracert for the poker and vegas it will show this.

    I've only been playing on this site since January but i've seen Sky admit when the problem is at their end after updates a few times so I can't see why they wouldn't now.
