PLO20 Turning a set into a bluff

Good move/ bad move for this level? One thing I could've done was raise the flop maybe.
Didnt have notes on the villain but have since taken alot.
My thinking was he's abviously got KQ on the turn for the str8, I called hoping for a pair up FTW or a diamond to fire out a bluff...  the diamond comes, I fire and he tank calls.
Then he typed into the chatbox he thought I'd hit the flush but still called which was quite annoyin!
Would this type of play be profitable long term or should it just be saved for higher limit PLO, maybe 50+ ??
