    I think you can flat here personally. If you raise again then imo it just turns your hand face up & against a lot of players you're probably not getting any more out of them. I think by flatting you give him the opportunity to bet again on the turn & if he does then it should be big enough that it commits him.

    If you 4 bet flop and get called your doubling through by river.

    I may flat though and let him think he's improved when a D binks, am not sure we can double through if it doesnt though.  If he has Kd or set dont think he's 3bet folding flop.

    not many players 3 bet the flop then fold so shove imo and show him the bad news
