there were a few changes to the site this morning that may have temporarily affected a few things. everything should be back up and running as it should now.
hi rich , hope youre ok . Just to let you know there seem to be a few problems at the moment. I tried the new tiling of tables.that worked well , however i was unable to close 1 of the tables afterwards. I kept getting a pop up ,the only way to clear it was to login again. Also just tried to enter a tournament and was unable to do so. Im calm and relaxed ,so no worries , just thought id let you know .
try clearing your cookies and cache and restarting your browser. if this fails to work please bear with us and everything should be working again shortly.
i will look into this one for you. in the meantime have you tried using either firefox or I.E.? both browsers will allow you to play on the tables without problems.

Cheers rich i have tried all of these in the past and personally google chrome runs the best for me whilst playing here fast n slick hardly any disconnections thats why i use it i guess i will use I.E until it is resolved.
quick update for you guys.... i.e 6 and 7, fire fox and google chrome internet browsers are all compatible with our website so you should not be having any trouble. If you delete your temporary internet files and cookies you should be able to log on and play without any problems.

Customer services are definately giving you a bit of gravy there.
I would say try the old switch off then on technique. But I would assume you've done that already.
try clearing your cookies and cache and restarting your browser. if this fails to work please bear with us and everything should be working again shortly.
