    For some reason i'd assume he had pocket pairs here, maybe Q's down. I'd fold but that's cause my bankroll would take a big hit with a loss. With the roll covering me, and readless, i'd have to call.

    If it was just a cold 3b massive overjam readless?

    I suppose even if I'd not seen him do it before, I'd have an idea of how long I've been playing with him and NOT seen him do it, that wud help....

    But prob at a level I'm rolled for prob be happy about calling off 150xbb, and prob stretch to 200xbb

    I think you can prob call this spot, but I doubt its going to be hugely +EV. 100BB deep if what looks like a good villain cold 4bets small after that action Im folding without reads
