    i was playing 3 tables @5p 10p losing 2 buyins then luck like that comes along after losing 3 big pots (at the blind level ) on the spin which left me very short stacked which is why i only won £1.65..... sigh

    I had a royal flush in the texas holdem casino game live at bristol before. Thought woohoo im rich iv got a royal flush in a casino game!!! ... sadly no, all you got was your ante paid as well if you won with a hand straight or better... So £2 rather than £500,000 ... :'(

    I ve just hit a royal cant stand that edward,,

    On my 1st live torn 50.00 buy in my 2nd hand was J/10 clubs and i flopped the royal and it gets better river ace giving the sb quad aces, Hence to say i made f/table and hit st8 flush and got mullered by a royal i had 8/9 he had a/k came out 10/J 6 2 Q i thought happy days oh no TAXI but its gr8 getting them and being beat by them

    wow!!!! £1:65 is not very fair imo

    i know some sites offer a jackpot for people getting royal flush, maybe sky could look into this?

    most sites dont offer a jackpot for this, what you have to do is go to the jackpot or bad beat tables. Every time you win they take 50p from the pot and put it into a 'jackpot fund'. To get the jackpot you have to get it on the spades, have both hole cards in the royal, and go to the river. Other ' types of royal' get a smaller pot. They then take a percentage for admin etc, yes it can be hundreds of thousands but they only giving back some of the money that players would have won anyway. It is definately not as good as it seems
