really there are people against sync. breaks. Has to be the worst reason for being against them too 'they are able to focus on a 2nd table for 5 minutes'. Would not surprise me if the people/person who has said this has ever played tourneys with sync. breaks cause if anything it is a huge benefit getting a 5 minute break every hour without having to stay sat at the computer because the other tourney does not go on break for another say 8 minutes so if you go deep in both tournaments you will be sat at the pc for lets say 5 hours straight without one break due to other tournaments running along side that can not be healthy staring at a pc for that length of time without a small break in between
as for H4H it pretty much prevent people from constantly stalling and takes away any advantage from people stalling for a min cash which is rather annoying seeing people just time down time after time because they are watching the other table hoping a guy busts while the shortstack on the other table is hoping for the same thing to happen H4H basically cuts all of that out cause by stalling they gain no benefit apart from cutting out time from the current blind level which is a disadvantage to the short stacks !
