Hi All.

As has been said in a previous thread, my very close friend Michael (DTWBANDIT) became rather unwell at DTD in The SPT Final.
This set into action a fantastic response from the Community which typifies why it is so different from any other site.

Dohhhhhhh ( JJ ), out of the blue, contacted me with an idea to cheer Michael up, that was a great gesture, and above and beyond anything I ever thought would happen, and the up shot of that was that two weekend tickets were purchased by JJ, For Michaels' passion,The British MotoGP at Silverstone next year, and he asked for Forum
contributions.

to this end the sum received by JJ in total was Ticket price plus £310.00 that is £546.00 in total. So I would like to thank each and everyone of those named below for your contributions,

    Just a note that the total isn't 100% final, some people have said they will sort something in the next week or so, just wanted to get a figure up to keep everyone in the know about how it was going. I will be hanging on to the money, and tickets (if they ever arrive) for another week or so to give everyone enough time.

    Chris, You and Michael are what Sky Poker is all about.  The work you put in on the DTD is incredible and you do it without a thought of reward or "what's in it for me".  An atitiude that too many people have in todays world.

    I can only speak for myself but I can say that it was the least I could do to show my appreciatoion for the effort that you guys do and it seemed a great way to cheer Michael up.

    Hats off to Dohhhhhhh for thinking up this brilliant way of saying thanks

    Wow, it's really good that it's hopefully not going to cost Michael or Chris anything out of their own pocket.

    If Michael hasn't been to a moto gp before he will love it.

    I went a couple of years ago and it's a great weekend.

    I don't get this kinda entertainment myself. 

    I suggested 54 consecuative private lap dances, a kebab, and taxi home. 

    But some people would rather watch blokes on motor bikes.

    The mind boggles. again.

    I'd be happy with either tbh.

    Maybe you could combine the two by asking the lapdance club to stick the moto gp on the tv.
