if you go to area 51 and visit the thread 'is it the software' read my post and you will all know that the odds of acebarry hitting his 5th royal flush is about even money because he's a 'regular' lol
bazza anychance you will hsow us mate, its not that i dont beleive you or anything its just i love seeing royal flushes and you deserve people to drool over it mate
In Texas Hold 'Em, the odds of flopping a royal flush are 649,739/1. The odds of making a royal flush by the river are 30,940/1. (This assumes that you never fold your hand before the river when a royal flush is possible and also includes the fact that the royal flush might come on the board).
I don't know how much you play Barry but I'll make some assumptions here. I'm guessing that you don't multi-table and let's say that you play 5 hours a day EVERY day (including Christmas) at a table where you get 50 hands per hour (which is around the average for online poker).
Then you would play about 91,250 hands a (non-leap!) year and you would expect to get five royal flushes in 619 days which is a bit more than a year and eight months.
I know this isn't quite what you asked me but I hope it gives you some indication that you are way ahead of schedule when it comes to catching royal flushes! Always one step ahead of the field, eh?

Real question is ..did you get paid?
Just hope you got the reward a royal deserves.
Yup I got paid and thanks all
Ive had 5 in about 2 1/2 years so you are obviously luckier than me lol
I've been playing poker for over 20 years and best i have had is a straight flush to the queen. So you've obviously had my share as well!
