AJ IP 3bet to MR and raise flop w/Air?

Player single tables and has been minraising a lot and open limping and just wondering if it's good to 3bet it or just take passive line.

Also on flop I have nout but that bet seems weak so is it ok to raise here or maybe float and then raise turn ?

    if he minraises a lot I like 3betting

    I'd prob call flop, theres a good chance you have best hand and you are ip, but I dont hate raising
