Yes, from 8pm, Carlo and Channing will be sharing a studio for the first time since THAT heated discussion at the UK Cash Game table...

Channing

Citrone

We'll be following THREE tournaments this evening on channel 865: the usual Sky Roller / Bounty Hunter combo AND tonight's UKOPS Super Satellite - which will award one seat to the £530 High Roller and five seats to the £220 Main Event!

Plus, there'll be some strategy talk, as we discuss..

Raising for information
Does this move have any place in the modern game? Should you ever be raising JUST to ask a question? Opinions please. Plus, send us any Hand IDs relevant to this topic.

For a bit of fun, let's talk...

Tipping
What are your thoughts on tipping at the poker table? Actually, what are your thoughts on tipping in general?

Plus...

Who is @OMGCarloCitrone?
It's obviously not Carlo. I know it's not me. Channing says it's not him. So, who is the "comic genius" behind this Twitter account? I have my theories. What are yours?

    (OMGCarloCitrone) Sam Razavi, surely?

Looking forward to this show with Neil in the guest seat. Have seen him with David Tuckman doing commentary for a rival online site. He's quite critical but in an amusing way.

    Have a great show.

Raising for info.  I can kind of see where the concept comes from so its not a terrible idea but generally I raise either for value or as a bluff but in certain situations I think its a useful tool.

Tipping.  Don't like tipping in UK casinos as the management get a cut.  Tip at restaurants/taxi drivers/hairdressers etc.

OMGCarloCitrone....I know who he is!  All I'm saying is that they aren't connected, in anyway at all, to Sky Poker :o)

What was THAT heated debate? i missed it :/

Tipping? I don't see the point, they get payed to deal cards they don't need a tip for randomly giving you good hands.

I think tipping at the poker table is rude and out of order - bad enough when you see piles of rubbish lying by the side of the road - firdges, bricks and the like - that has no plac ein a casino.

    I'll get my coat.

Hey guys, great show topic tonight.

This hand here is great for the topic of finding out where you are. It's a cash hand, but don't let that put you off.

Can you let me know where I was.

i recall the debate was because carlo said that he had tipped a dealer $1,000.  neil's point was that it was silly.  carlo cleverly diverted the course of the argument to debate whether or not neil would tip and deflected the focus away from the real point in question.

    round 2...ding, ding....

"comic genius" @OMGcarlocitrone?  That rules out Orford too.

I never tip a poker table.  Sends the chips and the cards everywhere!

My question for Mr Channing is, has he ever considered stopping staking people or is it too profitable for him?

    Have a great show everyone

Good grief, I saw Carlo pre-Show, & the tie he was wearing was, dare I say it, dreadful. Think my Grandad would like it, though.

I personally never tip in a cash game. Its hard enough to take money off your opponents and then having to give some away in rake without giving the dealer, who is paid to be there more money. Why would you tip the dealer???? What are you hoping to gain from it? He is paid to shuffle cards and deal them out. I also dislike other players tipping the dealer, how do you know the dealer is not a a magician and knows exactly what he is dealing, the players then tip him everytime he gets it right?

As for Carlo's twitter account. I think its Ian the raiser Frazer! Between all his rounds of golf I think thats the kind of thing he would do
