Hello you! 

Yep its cash AND tourneys tonight as we focus Mastercash on our cash action and add a healthy sprinkling of our UKOPS super satellite hands as well.  GL to all, if any hands arise that you’d like analysed, either cash or from the 9pm super satellite throw us the hand ID on here and we’ll get it done!

We’ll be talking ‘hero calls’ tonight, with a focus on cash action where there tends to be a tad more bluffing and situations where you have to be prepared to call with Ace high or third pair what are your thoughts on hero calls?  Give us your examples...

And since Wales sadly lost out on the rugby this morning with Sports extraordinaire Trevor Harris in the chair we'll be talking sport tonight too.  Following the disappointment of the world cup let's have your greatest sporting achievements.  From the tourney you took down to your football teams greatest result or your school sports day gold!  what’s been your greatest sporting achievement?.

And finally...Since we’re talking Trevor’s passion of sport I’m throwing mine of music in too!  Let's get creative with music and lyrics pertaining in ANY way to poker...

Yes there’s the gambler by Kenny Rogers and Lady Gagas poker face but how about:  John Mellencamp?  JACK and Diane?  How about REO speedwagon who sing 'YOU'RE UNDER THE GUN so you take it on the run'  Bonus points for the more creative!

Any questions for Trev let’s have them.

    Hi Guys! Have a good show.  I don't play cash YET! but I always enjoy Trevs excellent analysis. As regards poker music for me it's Bruce Springsteen's "The River"  because thats where I usually "bleep" "bleep" lose!!

    Hello all and have a great show.  For music relating to poker, how about "Cry me a river"  The Jazz ballard written for Ella Fitzgerald and covered by Justin Timberlake.  Or "Ace of spades" by Motorhead

    My greatest sporting acheivement, ok, my only sporting acheivement is Captaining Huntingdonshire college to the eastern college volleyball title and qualifying for the national finals.  Unfortunatly, I couldn't go to the finals as I broke my wrist playing indoor 5 a side football a couple of weeks before.  Oh well.  I'm not bitter about it.  It doesn't pray on my mind eating away at me.  I can sometimes go for hours without thinking about how, if I wasn't hacked down when clean through on goal and broke my wrist I could have lifted a national title.  I'm over it........Honest

    Hey all. Been away for a month and a bit working 12 hour night shifts so not had any time for poker. Just deposited to restart my poker. Can you play this hand. I wont say nothing apart from my bets are weak which is what i have noticed from going through my HH. Have a good night, 1st show i have watched in ages.

    Evenin' all!  LOVE the suggestion of the Boss for our musical theme and 'The River' Glenelg, exactly what I was after!!!   Trev tells me we did sporting acheivements not that long ago (my bad I've been away!) and wants to celebrate sporting disasters instead!  He's got a good one lined up so any sporting disaster stories you have - we'd love to hear from you!  Sx

    Hi Guys thanks for the humiliation early on in the show!

    Sadly Trev it was an insta call, it just frustrates me when people buy in with small amounts go all in then stand when they double up, I made the rash decision he might be wanting a quick double up with his small stack and I gave him that!

    Regarding sporting achievements, mine will be surviving tomorrow.  I'm a Spurs fan, the missus is a Newcastle fan and they play tomorrow teatime.  I once told her that Kevin Keegan wasn't that good as a manager, was sleeping on the sofa for a week.  As a rule Geordie fans are completely barmy.

    2 4 6 8 motorway by the Tom Robinson band would be my poker song.
    simply because those are the cards I normally get dealt pre flop and I always seem to have a car crash hand early lol
