I would go with the swap TBH. Plus I would also ditch the rebuy events if this is geared towards the lower BR players who may not be able to enter those due to BRM. Its your call and like it says, it is only the best 5 scores that count so folk can decide which ones to play anyway.

Peeps can also choose NOT to have the rebuy too - if they treat it like a normal freezout then it won't cost them any more.

I'm no fan of rebuys either Maxy but I want it to reflect the UKOPS line-up as closely as possible.
As you say, you only need to play 5 events to qualify for the comp (to clarify it's your 3 best scores that count) and as Trev points out you don't actually have to rebuy if you play them.
As to your vote Trev, I'll put you down as an abstain...
