Just flat call and make whatever note you need.

I set him in! He is short, he could do this light. You might be beat on occasion but your still beating alot of hands that will call you. Doesnt look like a flush, A,9 beats you which is fair enough if he has it along with a few other hands that complete a full house but he could easily do this with a weaker 9 or a queen or something.

Qx of hearts makes up a large part of his range imo

If he is sat as deep as you, it makes for a more interesting decision, but with his stack size i have to set him in i think.

Fold that is such a blocker on the turn

His bet on the turn looks like a blocker bet to try and get to river cheap. Maybe Qx hearts is a possibility.

i'd just flat, no way your folding for 36p, dont think i'd push him in for his stack unless your confident you have him beat.

    why not raise the turn?
And then value bet turn, as raised hust flat if he has hit back door flush or house ul.

Is it worth a call for the notes?. I'd be calling.  FD seems likely imo.
