bet turn and river  for value

If this is an NL4 style fish then I think you are losing value but you are out of possition so I can see why you wanted to control the pot. I think a small value bet on the river is fine hear. bet-fold £1.20. Most serial callers will only re-raise the river here if they have you beat here anyway. No way he raises you on the river with a queen or ace-high. But he may very well call a small bet with ace high or a queen.

Yh OOP makes it tricky, think I would have to bet turn not massive like flop, about £1.20-40 fold to raise.

River is weird becus if he cud have J after flop then he has house now and betting only gets called by Ace high or Q but hard to have Q imo.

Tbh I can't understand what he has here, like some small pair where he now plays the board.
