No! early stages of any DYM you have to play super tight, long term the is no gain so fold even if your sure your ahead the object in DYMs is to last till the last 3 to cash.

hard to put him on a queen here because there is 2 on the board. but not worth stacking off

This is a very tough decision I would say. I'm finding it really hard to think about this 'in gameplay mode'. Reads/other information (incl. stake) would be so handy here.

First of all, definately raise bigger pre-flop. I like the c-bet but don't mind a check either to take out a street.

As played, call or fold turn? I think I might go against the grain and call here. I just can't put the villain on anything other than a 9 or mid/low pocket pair here. First of all he's unlikely to have hit trips, we know that much. What's really throwing me, though, is why is he shoving when that turn card comes? It's such a brick that I expect anyone who's sandbagging a Q on the flop to continue sandbagging (call or small/clickraise) that turn card. The shove screams to me that the 2h has come as a relief and that the player is panicking about another card coming, ie they have a 9 or a low/mid pocket pair.

Then again I fall for the big all-in overbet all the time . . .
