    I tried something completely different today and totally random.

    Pick any number between 1 and 8 and place £1 on every horse with that number in each race.

    In my case it was number 5

    With 6 still to run, I am currently £5.50 up

    20 x £1 singles

    winners @ 2-1, 13-2 & 14-1

    Bit of fun, may be expensive but thought it may be good to try it and see!!!

    I did all the daytime racing and ended up £12.50 up

    didn't do the evening card and 2 of the first three races were won by No 5 !!!!!!

    5 races left must be an omen!!!!
