The worst tournament stallers expoit the inexlicably long period of time each player has available to decide whether or not to show their hole cards on Sky Poker. They are often seen to repeatedly run the time-bar all the way down before making their choice (which is not to show 99%+ of the time). This adds significantly to the length of their stall. They can use this tactic even if they get a walk on their big blind.
Something like 2 seconds is plenty of time to make the decision in my opinion. There's no way you need the same length of time that you need to decide your action during a hand, as is the case at the moment.
