What next with my over pair?

Reads on XX likes A/K/Q rag, over rates single pairs and draws will call pot size bets once he hits the board, how much should I bet here as he either has a pair or a flush draw (doubt 2 pair as I noticed he gets giddy with a big hand and ships with no concept of value betting)?
If he is drawing to the flush he will call so do I limit the pot and see what the river brings but if he has the bare K I need to extract as much as possible?

We are working on the basis that he has something to call us with. No reason to give a free card.
Argument could be made for going for just two streets of value. But I dont like it on this board. Charge him.
Your right he will call with the flush draw. But why let him get there for free? I agree that we are setting ourselves up to lose a bigger pot when he binks, or we perceive he binks. But over sample we make money in any case.
