Impressive performance

I was playing a DYM SnG this afternoon and got into a race early with AK against TT.
I managed to hit a K and left my opponent with 20 chips with 6 players still remaining.
My opponent not only cashed but went on to win the game.
That's not bad, is it?

    That's good!
I did it recently when at level 2 (15/30) still six-handed I had a 'disagreement' and ended up with just 15 chips and in the BB next! It was 92o and I ended up hitting a set of 2's ... that was the start and actually ended up in 1st place lol

Don't talk to me.. I just went all-in with KK pre-flop on a DYM and got called by 99.. Who then hit quads. *sigh*

I shall be donating more chips this evening in the double stack!

Just 20chips eh? There's hope for us all!

    Unlucky.
I'll see you in the double stack.
I'm currently playing a satellite after having had some startlingly bad luck (honest!) in an earlier sat.

I did something similar a couple of weeks ago in an mtt on here. Worked up to 36k then lost them all except for 40 chips. Over the next 30 minutes I got it back up to over 40k chips then lost the lot in a couple of hands just before the bubble. Not much to be proud of, do you think I need to tighten up my game?

    99?!

They never play that in Germany for some reason. True that.

The best comeback I've seen was between two guys Tikay will know well. If I remember it correctly it was at the end of the nightly biggy in another place on the tribeca network. The two players were M3boy and Royal Flush and they were H2H. Flushie had something in the region of 3 million chips and M3boy had about 5000. It was a terrific game and M3boy eventually took it down. Hope I'm remembering the detail correctly on this one....age is very much against me.

I have come back from less than 1 x bb on a couple of occasions.

One time, I just kept pushing and one bloke kept typing in the chat box, 'all call him'. he kept calling me and I kept doubling up. He then went out 4th.

It really is a good feeling. One time, someone even typed into the chat box 'you deserved it', especially seeing it was an exceptionally cruel beat that put me there.

I've managed to come back from about 60 chips once in a SnG. It's always good when it happens

I have also come back from 120 chips in the early stages of a speed tournament with over 100 entrants to win it.
It does not happen to many time but when it does it gives you a nice feeling.
