From what I have heard there have been record entries this last week - Saturday I think had over 700 runners but that might have just been due to the increased guarantees this week. Most of the games appeared to have run past midnight which has meant the we haven't seen the final table played out so I personally think Sky either need to restrict the number of entrants or extend the show to 1.00am.
Hi Sky peeps, Just wondered how the new format tournaments are going. What has the entry level been like and what time are they finishing? Posted by MRDICKIE
They were brilliantly received - record numbers most nights, HUGE fields - 760 for Saturday's Televised Tourney! They finish between Midnight & 00.30 most nights.
The Final on Wednesday had an average stack of over 30 x BB's!
yeah its all good, love the 9 oclock aswell, still not playing the bountys tho Posted by MICKYBLUE
Yes, watch this space on those, too.
They are trying to organise a structure of "Second Chance" Tourneys, & these also went down very well last week.
Last week (this wek too) there was a £1,000 Gtd standard NLH at 9pm, & really nice £1,500 Gtd Bounty Hunter at 9.30, & a £1,000 Gtd Velocity at 10pm.
I hope it's a theme they will develop - more, better Structured Tourneys, something as a back-up in case of early Exits from the Deepies or 8pm Main Events.

I hope they last for ever.
