Raise more pre, 2 limper so like 270 at least.

Flop bet good, after all in and call it's shove or fold, I probz fold as smooth call looks super strong at least better than TPGK

TPGK???? Makes sense what you say about call - could have had pocket K's. Also I didnt notice at the time but I was vulnerable to the flush draw as well. Got hooked up looking at my 2 pair and trying to take short stack out. Funnily enough AAMICK had just joined table and this was first hand played and Richieroof was on 250 chips about 2 mins before. I had been generally raising 3X pre flop (taking into account position and strength of hand) but everyone kept folding and I was picking up 60 chips in blinds. Dropped back to get some action and it cost me. Not moaning about the beat though - its poker as tikay would say. Only been playing 2 months and hooked. Fascinating game and I'm sponging up as much info as poss. Seen you on 865 quite a few times! Thanks for your advice

Reasons to raise bigger in this spot :

    • there are 2 limpers. Therefore the pot is bigger. It's more attractive to us to take those chips now (as opposed to having no limpers), plus a smaller raise gives the limpers a better price to call. If we normally raise 3 x BB, thena useful guide is to add on 1 x BB for any limpers in the pot.
    • we are out of position. It's more difficult to win hands / get paid when we are out of position. Raising slightly morewhen we are  out of position is fine.
It's a tough spot on the flop, and is opponent dependent, but unless both have draws we aren't beating too much.
Chances of us being ahead of both is quite small.
