Fold, there's not really anything you beat anymore, plus oopo's will very often check that turn after hitting trips

Yeah against that player i'm happily calling.

Against players without notes i'd fold.

in hands like this one i find almost always when they lead the river they have it, when they check they dont.   there are a few draws that have misssed but w/o reads id fold

Think id call here, alot of draws missed and you showed weakness on the turn by checking back so theres every chance he would think his all in bluff would get through.

I'll admit I'm not the best. But I would bet the turn and find out then be looking to check it down. He might call on the turn, but other than that if he rasises on the turn or bets the river then I would just fold AA.

one question to betting the turn. Surley if i bet im then committed to stacking. Even half pot is a good % of his stack.

Never committed if your know your behind, by not betting turn leads to very possible moves like this on the river

You can check turn and call river if your bluff catching

As you have no notes, it makes it difficult but overall b/f turn is not bad imo

I would bet half pot on the turn and give up if you get resistance.

The problem, in my opinion, with checking the turn back means you have effectively turned your hand in to a bluff catcher. You have shown weakness and now you dont quite know where you stand. I dont know this player so readless i fold.

I will probably get shot down here but by betting the turn you will find out more information on the strength of your hand in comparison.

If you check the turn for pot control then you must be concerned about where you are but when he shoves the river he could really be reacting to your show of weakness. I'd need a nice read to call but i do prefer the bet on the turn.
