why have i lost two of the three dyms i was playing they have gone to blank screens

still trying to play but one has finished the other two wont relaunch tried reboots etc ha sthe site crashed can i get my money£44 back?

    you need to speak to customer service asap so they can find out what happened.

    i'm really sorry to hear of the problems you have been experiencing. if you feel that you have lost out in any way due to technical problems please get in contact with customer care. they will happily look into each case reported and see what can be done.
