Sky Poker stats- What is everyones average FOLD %

Hi everyone just wondering as i have just started playing again on SKY POKER, I was looking at my stats and to my suprise my fold % Pre Flop around 70% and showdown games won % at about 62% on one day which i thought were quite high.  Wondered if people use this to see how well or bad they have played in a day......

Please enlighten me on your views is it a good tool to look at after a days session?

    To be honest, it's impossible to use these stats to see if you played well or not because some days you'll get AK and big pocket pairs LOADS so you fold alot less than the days when you can sit for ages and just get nothing worth playing.

    I play low stakes cash mostly and I only play just over 20% of hands so I don't think folding 70% is too mcuh but it's hard to say, it's easier to say which cards you play. Like at my level I play 22+, AJ+, and KQ. Also I think if you're playing really you're showdown win % should be really high because you shouldnt be getting that far and not already know that you're losing and have folded very often.

    But basically it's not a very good tool to use. When you finish playing, look at your hand history on sky, then sort the hands by profit/loss so you get the hands where you've lost the most at the top and look at them big losses and see if you made a mistake, could have folded earlier, should have folded preflop etc. Or get them hands and post them in the Poker Clinic to get advice :)

    Let me know if any of that doesnt make sense.

    47% of hands folded pre-flop :o So that means I play 53% of hands, apparently. **** **** :o

    Then again, if I took HU out, hands which I just check in the big blind and wouldn't usually play, and hands which are folded to me in the big blind, it would probably be a lot less than 53%. It'd still be a lot of hands, but nowhere near 53% 

    I still win over half of my showdowns, which is probably the only stat on there which I'd pay much attention to.

    Reset mine now, just out of curiosity.

    ive never found these stats accurate

    i remember once one another site my hands read this

    hand played 12/212

    hands won at showdown 10/11

    hands won without showdown 15

    Yeah sorry, I realised it after I posted but to be honest, never bothered to go back and fix it lol. It was a kinda a mixture of 2 different things in my mind... the actual hands was my range in most of my DYMs which I'd been playing alot recently, but I do play about 20% of hands at cash because it's something more like 22+ AT+ KJ+ and QJ

    it says that since 2007 i fold 53% of all hands preflop

    I woulda thought that was wrong. i dont play 47% of hands!

    Although if it takes into account HU and freerolls then i guess it could be right in the long run

    no fold 53%

    those are all my stats since april this year so im guessing i must have reset them back then cause i thought they were pish lol

    haha sample size though mines only over the last 8months and im not sure how much ive played over that time and mainly been playing HU cash and HUsngs lol

    Really dont pay any attention to them on sky cos they are rubbish and useless.

    On the current theme mine are:

    since 22/04/10

    No of games won 18%
    Showdowns won 52% (obviously run bad at showdown ;)) 

    Fold 45%
    Check 23%
    Call 13%
    Bet 8%
    Raise 10%
    Re-raise 1%

    No of flops seen 36%
    win % of flops seen 32%

    Where i fold:
    Pre 64%
    Flop 8%
    Turn 3%
    River 2%
    No fold 23%

    Doesnt really say much cos i play alot of different games, may get alot of walks etc, rubbish stats sky sort it out! :P
