???? no cards dealt, or seeing flop, ect

i go all in and before i know it i`m out without seeing flop turn and then river hit`s when i see ?? this has been happening since wednesday,
screen freezing when best hand can`t bet so oppo get`s t river and wins, also not seen flop, turn or river had to check hand history to see what happened ??
what is going on
hand id 447032692 never saw any cards dealt , time 00.29.52
same tournie as above, hand id 447042138 i shoved but never saw flop turn or river, i had to check hand history to see what happened, time 00 59.52
both these hands were on weds dec 7th/8th
their were a couple more hands were i could not play as i was gettng frozen screen or sky poker not responding, now i lived chatted but was getting no joy off them, as norm a prob my end, which was rubbish as other players on same table were getting the same
