Just because they have a bigger bankroll it doesn't make them better players per say. If you cash 8 out of 10 times at your level then just play like you always do. If you play with scared money you'll not be relaxed enough to play your normal game. Good luck at it!
sound advice from labrat, but so hard to follow. The chance of a big cash would make me play much tighter (probably too tight) so let us know how you get on, and if you think it affected you at all. Good luck...
I suspect you may be playing the £18,750 GTD Primo instead! The blinds will be 12 minutes so make sure you factor that into your play! Good luck! Axx Posted by Sky_Ling
I was pretty sure Harry at sky said it was the open and not the primo
In Response to Re: Im in the 9k tourni, sun night, any advice : I was pretty sure Harry at sky said it was the open and not the primo Posted by margatemaf
If your playing the televised tourney, then it's the primo lads enjoy. Don't let the prize pool put you off your game, it's still only a game of poker and you've got in for free. col
Are you sure col??? jeeesssss that will be a very strong field of player then was hoping no one would turn up an i'd just get paid lol still positive harry said the open!
harry said to me 8pm start 9k tourni, im confused now either way, happy days..
looking forward to playing the bigger players, i only play the smaller games, (i always stick to what i can afford to lose, very sound advice from a old friend)
