What are your thoughts on this. I know it's just unlucky A) to walk into AA and that the guy who has it is the chip leader but do you think the open shove is the correct move here? I figured I was gonna make gilch60 fold 99% of hands and I'm happy to take races against some of the shorties calling wide if I don't just steal the blinds...

I'm shoving here every day of the week, going to flick the kettle on while it plays out, then coming back to see if I held.  Being happy with it regardless.

But an argument could be made for folding with no ante's and the fact that your basically always going to be flipping at best.

less than 10BB's pocket 7's is a shove every day of the week, nothing wrong here

Yeah but my thinking is, it's all very good saying I've got about 9 BBs but theres about 7-8 other people in the tourney at this point who have like 5 or less BBs.

Well I know what ya mean, although I'd already cashed lol, I was 6th or 7th out of the remaining 15 players and theres a decent jump between £1.67 for 15th and the final 10 places so I think there is a bit of an argument for laddering.
