    Don't worry Debs once I'm back on the cash I'm sure there'll be loads for you to advise not 3betting pre. :)

    Yep. AK is the devils hand! I reckon i have lost more money on AK than any other hand.

    I have tried playing it uber-aggro and just got stacked all the time. If i play passive i seem to run an A or K high board in to a two pair type hand. I find mixing it up a bit pre flop seems to keep it ok as a hand. Passive in posn and aggro out of posn seems a good rule of thumb. i.e 3-bet from the blinds and a little deceptive call from the button seems to maximise the potential in my game but it really puts you in a tough spot mostly.
