Not sure how to play TT, or similar pairs when against someone who over bets on the flop. Any suggestions or comments would be greatfully recieved.

It's a definite fold on the flop here so that's fine.

When you raise pre I'd probably make it a bit bigger like 20p but 12p aint terrible. Once you get 3bet, you should be calling here just to setmine, which basically means you're calling knowing that if you get a 10 on the flop to make 3 of a kind, you're gonna win a big pot, and if you dont get a 10 you can just fold.

Hard one this the fold is fine but the shove does look a lot like AK/AQ IMO

why should you be calling just to setmine? Your implied odds are pretty marginal here for setmining

Raise more when you open, other then that played fine.unless you have history with the villain you have to fold if they have bluffed u of well played them and hopefully you pick up a better spot vs them

Fold pre for me, only 58bbs to win even if you flop set.

Initial raise should be at least 16p.

    As played easy snap fold.

Also sit FULL stacked at cash.

    raise pre 20p

    no odds to set mine

    4 bet shove or fold

    as played - fold flop

how is this an easy fold?

Just because we flat pre doesnt mean we have to be setmining. Similarly if we think we cant set mine it doesnt mean we have to 4bet or fold pre

Sorry GT, you're right about the set-mining thing, I didn't see he was only sat with half a buyin. To be honest, this might be the wrong thing to do but if he's sitting with only 50BB then I'm happy to 4bet pre and get it all in there and then.
