MTT - AJ in BB w/34bbs facing MR, Call, Fold or 3bet?

No specific reads but has been limping regulary.

I'm short so need double up but too much to shove is there value in 3betting and having to cbet if miss and is just flatting ok or just let it go all togetherr?
