Over the last two days i have been getting crushed on the cash tables. I am decent at mtts but seem to be useless at cash. These are my biggest losing hands, how could i play these better.

    2. 3bet more pre about £3.50 imo, post flop looks fine, can't put him on 6 or 7 after pre action.

I remember the first hand. (I had ak there too, so was happy in the end to get out the way as I would have lost my stack too!)

You were unlucky as by the turn he had so many outs and was pretty comminted to the hand.

You played all hands fine imo just coolered in all.

Also you were unlucky in the 1st 2 hands that you got called after you 3 bet by some optimistic hands imo.

For me none of the hands are played badly.

I have found often on Cash tables that people put their money right out there on the slighest chance of it happening and 9/10 times it will come good for them and fair play.

At the end of the day whilst there is an element of skill about the game, that is just the cards throwing what you didn't want and when it did your opponent got one better.

Keep going at it or maybe try a lower end cash game to 'practise your hand' perhaps? If it is you are having no luck it is better to win small than lose big as seen from those pots you were playing!
